You’re right again. And it didn’t stop there. During the Michigan raid on Konnech, an employee made statements to law enforcement that directly addressed China’s access and control of election systems across the country. This wasn’t speculation. It was all proven and documented — what we gave to the FBI, what we gave to researchers, and what we had to do to defend ourselves in court. All. True. All. Buried. See below 👇 storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.usco…
TheLastRefuge@TheLastRefuge2

We already heard this story five years ago, from Catherine Englebrecht of True the Vote. The "U.S. intel" as described is likely an outcome of the raw data that Englebrecht gave to the FBI about the China access. The FBI then targeted her for knowing about it and buried the data.

You are correct, @canncon. China is - without a doubt - in U.S. elections. Here’s one such example (note, this version has been translated, the original was in Chinese). The county seals are displayed like trophies, showing the locations their software controlled. We gave a trove of information to the @FBI in 2021 and wound up being put in prison over it in 2022. It was and is all true. Read this article by @RealSamFaddis 👉 open.substack.com/pub/andmagazin… Our Konnech collection 👉truethevote.org/search/results…

Starting to sound like @TrueTheVote needs an apology. And the Los Angeles DA that took the case of Konnech CEO Eugene Yu from Michigan (not California), arrested him and then made the case disappear. Instead of prison, Chinese-native Yu was then paid $5 million in wrongful prosecution 'damages'. That needs to be investigated. It'd be crazy is one of those prosecutors from the LA DA's office who wanted to continue the case against Yu was currently working for the DOJ, wouldn't it?? 😉

Florida just passed its own version of the SAVE Act, requiring proof of citizenship to register and tighter checks on who’s on the rolls. They took what the SAVE Act was supposed to do and built a state solution that would be federally compliant with SAVE, yet keeps control in Florida’s hands. For all those saying it’s “impossible,” “anti-voter,” or “too messy” to implement, Florida now offers a roadmap. thehill.com/homenews/state…

Here’s why we are where we are … for years, prior administrations hard‑wired voter registration into benefit and immigration‑adjacent processes, while many states piled on automatic voter registration with little to no real screening for eligibility. The result? A system that blurred the line between citizen and noncitizen and wired every social‑service touchpoint into voter registration. Then they opened the border like a spigot. Now every database that could have been a clean cross‑check — DMVs, benefit systems, federal files — is too muddled to be trusted. And it’s not just citizenship; identity and residence standards have been far more badly mangled. Huge portions of our voter rolls, 20%+, are inaccurate yet still “live” in state systems, and that margin can easily be exploited by anyone who understands how to work the vulnerabilities. The SAVE Act alone will not fix the problem, even if it were to pass. It will take a full reconciliation of federal and state processes. Without politicos. This is just data and process. Voting can be easy and still be accurate. But we can’t get there from where we are now. We need one clear, unapologetic goal: get an accurate count of who is and is not eligible to vote, and build every process outward from that reality. It will mean some initial inconvenience for everyone involved, but the alternative is to keep selling chaos and calling it compassion. It is sickening to watch the foundations of our electoral process crumble. It doesn’t have to be this way. flip.it/fntalC

Quoted👇 on voter roll maintenance, “what’s missing is political will to apply basic safeguards to elections”. The real story is that we keep having this conversation … for decades. Nothing changes, and the system is cracking. When the system cracks, and it will, those who know how it works will guide how it’s rebuilt. Learn the process now. Lead the change next. ijr.com/experts-discus…

@FoxNews asked how many non-citizens are voting? Millions could be voting illegally, but we don’t know because comprehensive voter roll audits are being fought tooth and nail. Good article, def worth a read. foxnews.com/politics/illeg…

🚨 WASHINGTON: New Bill Introduced SB 6358 proposes changes to election administration in Washington, including updates to ballot processing and election procedures. Interesting Insight: this Washington bill shows to be introduced on 3/9 … but their legislative session ends 3/12.   Why file so late? In WA the last day the governor can take action on a bill is Saturday April 4, 2026, and the 90-day effective date is Thursday June 11, 2026. Sometimes bills appear right before or after a session ends. That’s often strategic. Lawmakers may be staking a claim for next session, testing reaction, or creating a legislative “vehicle” they can revive later, or even just to promote with constituents and donors. It’s part of how legislative strategy works behind the scenes. Stay aware — LegiTrack.org

Accurate elections require accurate voter rolls. We’re awaiting a ruling from the 11th Circuit in a case filed against True the Vote for helping Georgians lawfully challenge ineligible voter records. Well over a million dollars in legal fees — all because we dared to support voters who wanted, and still want, accountability. The fierce opposition to basic accuracy and transparency is itself proof of how serious the underlying problems are.

Over two dozen states (29), now including “blood red” states, are being sued to hand over their election data for a first ever federal audit of the voter rolls. This is following the SSA database found to have over 440M users, despite an alleged population of 330M. The justification for the states’ refusal is hilarious: the data exceeds federal authority, violates state privacy laws, and risks misuse of sensitive data. But many of the same states have been sending that data to “researchers” for years. Including CEIR. CEIR received almost $ 70M in “Zuckerbucks” during 2020. That money was disproportionately allocated to MI, PA, GA, AZ, and NY, 4 out of 5 being swing states. CEIR was founded by David Becker. ERIC was founded by David Becker. But it was totally for “research”. Despite CEIR funds being allocated and used to gain access to the voter rolls in real-time to send out text messages to voters who hadn’t yet voted to remind them to vote in at least Michigan in 2020. Here is ERIC’s current president testifying to the GA legislature a few months back:

“Regular Americans get it; it’s only the Democratic activist class that sees voter-ID as some racist menace.” — NY Post The Democrat activist class fights it. Senate Republican leadership shadowboxes around it. So where does that leave us? It means every concerned American voter should engage in their local elections and the state policies that govern them. Hope D.C. gets it right—prepare for the likelihood it won’t. nypost.com/2026/03/07/opi…

The President is calling for election reform ⬇️ Last spring, we conducted a nationwide ORR project asking states and counties how they were preparing to implement Executive Order 14248, issued March 2025. We found that counties received no guidance from states. States took no action. Based the documents we received, few even contemplated how they could incorporate reforms. Zero. Improvement. Now the Senate has the SAVE Act before it. Whether they debate it — or run out the clock — will tell Americans everything they need to know. It’s like watching a train wreck that could be stopped but likely won’t be. We’ll have to watch it happen. Then we will have to rebuild. truethevote.org/eo-14248-orr

🚨 Election laws are changing in real time. Missouri’s House has passed a bill that would give the Secretary of State new authority to investigate election fraud. Most Americans don’t hear about legislation like this until after it becomes law. That’s why LegiTrack exists — to help citizens track election-related bills directly from the source so you can see what lawmakers in your state are proposing, debating, and passing. Don’t wait until it’s too late to know what’s happening. 🔎 Track election legislation in your state now: legitrack.org 📰 Read the story: kbia.org/kbia-news/2026… Stay informed. Stay engaged.

How many hundreds of millions — maybe billions — have been wasted because government refuses to maintain basic election records? Citizens shouldn’t have to spend years and fortunes forcing basic integrity. Yet, we do. Kudos to AZ voters for continuing to fight the good fight. Wondering what you can do?
