The NPP built this nonsense of a road in Dansoman, and it’s already deteriorated. The saddest part is that consultants certified this road, which led to a payment certificate being issued.

I understand his point, but without a clear and comprehensive plan for recovering the costs of treating patients, the health sector could face serious financial strain within just a couple of months. Then again, having been at UGMC, he could easily have piloted the idea first 😂
