@bgolus Through some online sleuthing, found it is this guy here. Harry "Bimbo" Hart (Colin Firth's character is named after him). He's seated at the table in Kingsman 1

There’s an entry in IMDB for an actor named Bimbo Hart. This person has been in both Kingsmen movies, and Stardust. But the image of them is a kind of silly image of Charlie Cox. There doesn’t seem to be any other info. I have to assume it’s some kind of inside joke.

@mrsundaymovies I thought the movie was fine. It did something interesting by being a horror movie. Sure it was chock full of tropes, but I enjoyed it for the little there was of it.
