The Abortion Act 1967 is still legal. What has changed is that women who attempt to, or who manage to kill their late term child will not be prosecuted for murder. They will be detained, they will be investigated, and they will be psychologically assessed. They will get the help they need. And they do need help because no sane woman would ever do that. They are either insane, or being coerced by some one very evil. Those few women are the only ones covered by this amendment. No one is going to be killing babies at 24+ weeks just because they feel like it.

King Charles has the legitimate power to reject this abortion up to birth bill. If the Royal veto is ever valid (which it is), it is for the protection of innocent human life.
