@mariotomich At 10% mine show without flexing and have visible veins. If yours don’t show maybe you need to build them more? Or maybe it’s genetics?

"Mario, my abs are only visible when I'm flexing 🙁" Reality check: It's normal for abs not to be visible without flexing. Even at 8 - 10% body fat, my abs don't show properly if I fully relax my stomach. PS. Every ripped fitness influencer is flexing their abs in photos.

I thought we’d escaped then time when all kinds of steroids were fake and good UGLs were difficult to find. I was wrong, Almost all of the primo, all of the mast, and 30% of the test bought in the last 6 months are trash at best. I’ve seen a few instances of totally fake anavar too. If you buy steroids from social media you completely deserve your fate btw.
