@sonichNik yeh exactly i keep it simple: breakfast: green veg with 4 eggs lunch: rice, ginger & chicken, green veg dinner: rice, ginger, beef (steak or mince), green veg & usually more eggs and some spices in there too, olive oil, garlic, pepper etc
