Expectations of ever increasing and above average inflation creates demand for durable products. We are getting there. You would rather buy one car that is twice as expensive today, but will last 20 years over one that is half the price but only expected to last 10. Because the cost of buying another car in 10 years will be much higher.

Taxpayer-Funded Home Makeover Queen Cindy Mowery STILL Rules Marion County Fairgrounds AND GOP Voter Rolls — Despite Getting Busted by State Auditors! "I Didn't Steal a Dime!" Claims the Woman Who Refuses to Budge as Party Insiders Fume Indianapolis, IN— Hold onto your wallets, Hoosiers! While everyday Marion County taxpayers scrape by, the woman accused of funneling public cash straight into her own backyard paradise is laughing all the way to the fairgrounds — and the ballot box. Cindy Mowery, the embattled President of the Marion County Agricultural Fair Association Board, remains firmly in charge more than two years after the Indiana State Board of Accounts (SBOA) dropped a bombshell report accusing her of misappropriating thousands in taxpayer dollars for personal home improvements. That's right — the same fair board that gobbles up six-figure public handouts every year from Indianapolis and Marion County. According to the explosive 2024 SBOA audit, Mowery greenlit payments to painters who spruced up the fairgrounds and her personal residence — siding, deck staining, mildew removal, the works. Auditors pegged the misused chunk at around $4,500, part of a larger $7,500 check, and slammed the whole operation for sloppy books and zero oversight. Indiana AG Todd Rokita slapped her with a civil lawsuit in March 2025 demanding over $12,000 back, plus penalties. Yet here we are in 2026, and Mowery is still calling the shots. Mowery fires back that she "did not misappropriate or misuse any public funds," claiming she paid cash out of pocket and even passed a polygraph. But the auditors — and the AG — aren't buying the story quite so easily. And that's not all, folks! This isn't just about funnel cakes and tractor pulls. Mowery also holds a powerful gig as the Republican appointee to the Marion County Board of Voter Registration — the very outfit that helps oversee who gets to vote in one of Indiana's biggest counties. Talk about the fox guarding the henhouse! Enter John Schmitz, the fiery grassroots warrior who threw his hat in the ring for Marion County Republican Party Chairman. Schmitz went on record vowing to boot Mowery from her voter registration perch if he won, promising a clean sweep and restored trust. Grassroots supporters cheered the no-nonsense stance. But guess what? Schmitz got clobbered in the March 2025 showdown. Natalie Goodwin cruised to victory as the new chair. And under her watch? Crickets. Mowery is still perched on the voter reg board and running the fair show. No removal. No accountability. Just business as usual in Indy GOP land. Critics inside the party are furious. One GOP committeeman previously demanded her ouster, warning the public trust was "forever broken." Taxpayers who fund the fairgrounds to the tune of $100k+ annually (plus extras) have every right to ask: How is this woman still in charge after state auditors essentially said she helped herself to their money? Is this the new normal — "rules for thee, but not for me"? While Marion County Republicans gear up for big elections, voters are left wondering if the party that rails against government waste is willing to drain its own swamp. Mowery, the fair board, and Chair Goodwin did not respond to requests for comment for this story. The AG's civil case grinds on. Stay tuned, Hoosiers. In a town famous for backroom deals, this scandal is far from over. The fair opens soon — but will the real show be the one behind the scenes? David Waters and Hoss (whistleblower of the Marion County Fairgrounds Board) were the first two, to discover the fraud from the Marion County Fairgrounds Board. Indy Star, Capitol Chronicles, Indy Recorder and WIBC all refused to cover "write article" about this corruption and Hoosier Enquirer has constantly monitored this story since day one. Goes to show how much our media will work hard to cover up fraud for the Establishments fraud. See it's not just Leftist Democrats from Minnesota and California that steal tax payers money, Indiana Republicans steal money all the time too. Full article. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 hoosierenquirer.com/post/scandal-o… @HoosierEnquirer @LGMicahBeckwith @MicahBeckwith @GovBraun @Jim_Banks @Trevor4indiana @INFREEDOMCAUCUS @INGOP @JayStarkeySen6 @PowellforIN

Don’t worry. If eBay doesn’t sell, Cohen will build the competitor that takes them down. He’s getting free exposure making his case for why eBay should fail. Users and staff are listening. The best ones will stay if eBay sells. They will leave for what Cohen builds if not. Last time he built an online platform, he needed human coders. And still beat Amazon. He’s already got the plan. But he’s honorable enough to give eBay a chance to save themselves and their shareholders.

Much if not most of the national debt is likely due to fraud Most of the fraud occurs when the federal government veers off course from its limited, defined powers We need to fight fraud by restoring constitutional limitations on federal power
Wall Street Mav@WallStreetMav

I am convinced most of the $40 trillion of National Debt is due to fraud. From money laundering on for foreign aid, fraudulent wars, fake climate schemes, illegal aliens getting benefits, Somalis faking their kids have autism ... it never stops. Our country has been looted.

🚨 Speculation, but this is the vision. If @GameStop buys @eBay, the play is not “fixing an auction site.” It is turning every person on Earth into a global seller. Scan an item with AI.
List it in seconds.
Go live from anywhere.
Reach millions of buyers.
Accept any currency.
Verify every item.
Prove ownership.
Settle transactions seamlessly.
Ship through trusted rails. That is not e-commerce. That is a global commerce operating system. @eBay brings the marketplace.
@GameStop brings the trust layer.
AI brings instant listings.
Live commerce brings attention.
Authentication brings legitimacy.
Bitcoin brings neutral settlement. The buyer pays however they want.
The seller receives whatever they choose.
The item is verified.
The transaction is trusted. Everyone gets their own QVC.
Every collectible gets a global market.
Every small seller gets worldwide reach. If @RyanCohen pulls this off, Wall Street will realize too late that GameStop was never just a turnaround. It was the foundation for the next era of retail. Anyone can sell.
Anyone can buy.
Any currency can be used.
Every transaction can be trusted. That is the future.

It's funny that the proposed Indiana Congressional Map is exactly what the Illinois map does with Chicago. If local Indianapolis politicians had any drive they would propose massive, dense housing projects in each of the newly injected districts.

This makes sense. But why are stations allowed to immediately raise prices when the market swings without waiting until their next purchase?
AG Todd Rokita@AGToddRokita

Even though @GovBraun has extended the energy emergency declaration and suspended both the use tax and the excise tax on gasoline, most Hoosiers won’t see the full savings at the pump right away. The combined relief is expected to total about 59 cents per gallon, but it will take time for that to appear consistently across the state. Here’s why: When a gas station buys fuel, the taxes are already built into the price paid to the wholesaler. That fuel sits in the station’s underground tanks until it’s sold. The tax suspension only applies to new purchases, so stations must first sell through their existing higher-taxed inventory before passing on the savings. This creates a natural lag that differs by location: High-traffic stations (especially along interstates and in busy urban areas) often cycle through their tanks more quickly. Lower-volume stations in rural areas or small towns may take a little longer. As a result, you’ll likely see prices varying from station to station over the next several days to couple of weeks. One location may already reflect most of the savings while another nearby has not. Bottom line: The relief is coming — it’s simply a function of how quickly each station turns over its current inventory. This is how the fuel supply chain works; it doesn’t flip overnight. In the meantime, our office will continue monitoring prices, looking into all the complaints filed, investigating any potential bad actors who fail to pass along the savings, and provide updates. wthr.com/article/news/p…

These are the same people who profited from trading on MNPI when clerking for judges, working for regulators or elected officials. Even though leaving the protected political class to get their big payday for being a good soldier, they don’t believe that they will be held accountable. Completely rational thinking.

📣📣LAW FIRM PARTICIPANTS IN INSIDER TRADING 🚨🚨 Investors have zero faith in the integrity of the financial markets and the agencies that are supposed to regulate them. The corruption is not even hidden any longer it's blatant and growing. We have Politicians insider trading daily and high level law firms breaking the law with insider trading rings. Retail investors are the ones that are getting harmed. Yet no investigation no compensation and absolutely ZERO JUSTICE‼️ ENOUGH IS ENOUGH 🤬🤬

I think it’s just going to be amazing when they properly catalog auto parts with numbers and match with my vehicles. I saw a listing for a 2002 VW New Beetle BGD engine, then saw it was close enough to go get and called them directly. Turned out to cost $200 instead of $1,000 because of shipping by going direct.

🚨 Neon District 2077 @GameStop Lives🚨 If you don’t get the @GameStop /@eBay vision yet, I hope this helps. Imagine walking into a GameStop with a box of trading cards, video games, collectibles, sneakers, comics, or memorabilia. Instead of getting a low trade-in offer, your item gets authenticated, photographed, listed, and placed in front of a live global audience. Not one buyer. Not one pawn-shop style offer. A real-time market. Thousands of collectors watching.
Bidding.
Competing.
Deciding the value in public. Now imagine celebrity guests, creators, athletes, streamers, and collectors hosting live auctions from @GameStop locations all over the world. New York. Tokyo. London. Los Angeles. Dallas. Paris. Every store becomes more than a store. It becomes an intake center.
An authentication hub.
A live auction studio.
A fulfillment center.
A marketplace powered by trust, culture, and community. That is the part people are missing. This isn’t just about buying @eBay. It’s about rebuilding what eBay should have become. A trusted global marketplace where sellers get real price discovery, buyers get authenticated products, and collectibles become entertainment. The future of commerce is not scrolling through dead listings and hoping the seller is real. The future is live.
Verified.
Social.
Global.
Instant. @GameStop has the stores.
@eBay has the marketplace.
Collectors have the inventory.
Creators have the audience.
The public has the demand. Put it all together and you don’t just have a turnaround story. You have the blueprint for the next era of commerce. $GME 🚀 🌖

One of the best groomers in our town lived her later years in constant pain with multiple surgeries and wearing wrist braces all the time. We all love our pups, but seeing her from the other side, was thankful that we never used her. Raise your prices. Call it inflation, until enough customers leave so you can cut back to 3-4 days per week. Train a young assistant to help, then start adding back, even offering discounts for the first 3 grooms done by the assistant. Do it a second time to get 2 helpers. By the 3rd time, you will have a viable business that doesn’t require you to do the grooming unless training a new staff member. People who love dogs tend to be people pleasers. But generating an income, should not endanger your lifestyle unless you get paid crazy money. Go back to your prices from when you first hit capacity, then put that in an inflation calculator to see what those prices would be today. I’m pretty confident that you are charging less than you used to.

Going back to relitigate by attempting to use logic instead of scheming and deception, only serves to prove the incompetence or corruption of the prosecution. If there was a valid argument, then why did they decide to cheat right from the start? Why get an incompetent and untruthful “expert” witness?

This is where China will once again eat our lunch. A few people die, no big deal. Safety regulations? Change them. Need a new road or different lane configuration? Give them a few months. Their costs will go down with trucks running on highways at consistent speeds during low traffic times. Or they could close highways to conventional traffic during certain hours, and people will comply without too much enforcement cost.
