@MicroLukas AmpC hyperexpression + structural mutations in omega-loop. Reasoning: Relebactam has inhibitory effect on AmpC and KPC. Thus, MIC lowers compared to imipenem alone. Since avibactam does not lowers ceftazidim MIC, KPC is unlikely (as avibactam has inhibitory Activity on KPC)

@psirides Great chart! Might I suggest editing the ESCHAPPM section regarding AmpC producers. IDSA recently provided guidance on treating AmpC producers and suggests abandoning acronyms, citing that only E. cloacae, K. aerogenes, C. freundii should she be considered moderate risk for AmpC.

It is really hard to, I got to work on my stuff but, at the same time, you have to help the other guys. It is tough but I am happy guys are willing to come earlier and put work in because we have free ice, free gym, everything you want here. The trainers are here. I think it is the best place to put everything outside and just focus on your game, your skill, and what you got to be better at. It is good to have young guys come. Hags came over last summer and he had a hell of a season ... we spent a lot of time on the ice together and we did so many reps together. I think it helped him feel more confident on certain plays and he is a hell of a player and he proved it this year and I think he still has a lot of room to improve and be a way better player than he was this year"
