Hey, @afternic for almost $50,000 FEE one would expect better comms.. Domain has been transferred last week, last Agent's message was 4 days ago. I wish for a $50k fee there at least was some individual approach and options, let alone support available 24\7.

Updating. First of all, Happy Upcoming 2026 to everyone and especially - fellow domainers 🥳 May the New Year eclipse the 2025 or give a huge boost for people starting their domain names journey! I was hoping that this quote would contain a domain name and thanks, but.. Nothing has been done. @afternic support is absolutely non-existent or at best - trash. Domain was transferred 2 weeks ago (Dec 18th, 10 hours after payment). All I asked for ~$50,000 FEE is a prompt payout split in two halves, that's it (due to local taxation specifics, now I'm gonna get taxed another $20k due to @afternic's fck up). Anyway, nothing has been sent, not a half, not a full payment. Of course, I'm not weighing any legal options - I know it's not a scam, was paid many times swiftly before. It's just for a fee of that size one would expect SOME sort of urgency, especially if the clients asks for that. And so we are here - almost 2 weeks post transfer empty-handed. Funny thing - Nameservers were still pointing to DAN, and many of my names are still pointing to Afternic after Dan's acquisition. So people should really stop feeding the beast and explore growing competitors with superior options and much better support. Or even use own landing pages and Escrow. So yeah, as it always happens - the bigger the company gets - the worse its support is. Be it Ebay, Paypal, Afternic and so on - monopoly sucks. Dan was GREAT. I will be leaving @afternic for good. Thanks, but no thanks. This is not the type of support you would expect. P.S. To shed a bit of light on the name - it was previously sold on Sedo in 2011 for under $1k, then dropped and I got it off the expired auctions in 2022 for under $10k.
