@CoreyB08 @srqbanker Hey gotta respect him for leaving it up all these years 😂

@breadcrumbsre Acquire less cyclical businesses who are complimentary to your products in the value chain or reduce COGs in the downturn

In all seriousness , what the best capital allocation decision when you’re massively overearning at the top of the cycle? Special div? Hoarding cash?

@LucasSacerdote_ And what’s the short case? 45% is super high.. do people think thi is a donut? I have been looking into solar last few weeks as an emergent theme into ‘27 so this is an interesting story but surprised by massive EV/Equity disparity (as mentioned above) and the super high % short
English

Yep, that accurate. Though it's important to notice that 3/5 of their debt is for non-recourse project financing with their developer arm, and the remaining 2/5ths are from CSI. Both of them had/have public events valuing their equity way higher. (CSI is validated every day in the public markets; Recurrent received $500M at a $2.5B equity valuation from Blackrock.
Their third business, US manufacturing, has virtually zero debt so far. (they have leases...)

$CSIQ has become my largest position. I am calling this:
"The Great Solar Reckoning"
The way Canadian Solar has been mistreated by the capital markets has reached the irrational point. Which gives way for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in my opinion.
$1 billion USD in market capitalization for:
- One of the biggest producers of solar globally (and in the US). +25GWs of Solar capacity world wide, with +5GWs, ramping to +10GWs in the US.
- One of the most dominant renewable project developers in the Western Hemisphere, with pipelines of +80GWh, investments from Blackrock at a $2.5B valuation and multi-billion, multi-currency debt facilities to expand their operations.
- Leader in BESS. Having spent YEARS studying $EOSE, I can appreciate the sheer size and scale of $CSIQ operations in BESS. Multiple, multi-GWh orders. They already have a 2.5GWh order for DC, something neither $EOSE nor $FLNC has yet.
So much more that I could go on and on... I would recommend reading the whole article if you are intrigued. More to come as well very soon.
NFA. DYOR.
All pushback is encouraged!

@endpointarena Hey Michael - fan of the endpoint arena concept but don’t you think “APPROVED” is the wrong terminology to use here?

$ERAS sell off, data AH. Why not pre-market? The market is skeptical.

@seedy19tron Curious would LQDA interest you again once legal overhang removed?
English

Just some quick commentary
$nktr offering closed and then you have a few more catalysts and the big one Q4 + litigation news. Ph3 cash concerns sorted pretty much. My EOY TP $160
$abvx there’s a very good chance maint hit, Crohn’s hit. Or shall I say non zero chance for both events to readout positive and stock could close at $275+ by YE.
$cogt gist is real , only game in town $70 by YE
$bcrx earnings based on script data should be good and a few other catalysts YE TP $21
$anl I shed half at ~$16, letting the rest run
$nxtc sold all at $12 was a tiny position anyways
English

@andrewpannu @lefttailguy Interested in checking it out, congrats on the launch!

@AB1001_disciple @taobanker No he’s trying to get them to split out the Clinics business with the medical device business so they can trade on appropriate comps which he thinks generates 5-7x re-rating of combined co’s - merging them together a year ago was a terrible idea
English

@blippd @taobanker Isnt the largest shareholder trying to get them to essentially liquidate the business lol
English

I used to own a bunch of $BWAY at $1 USD.
I could be retarded but I'm pretty sure this is happening because of SAINT. Based on this new Joe Rogan Trump malarky talking about no new treatments for depression, its clear the ozempic moment hasn't happened yet. @taobanker

English

@CapstackCapital @AtlasShrug1 Interesting! I think it’s an intriguing set up both fundamentally and thematically but also has massive short interest that could serve (or is currently serving) as a powder keg to turnaround story
English

Oh boy. My firm, well actually a good friend of mine and colleague actually valued the debt on it pre-BK and during BK for a large asset manager. Tbh, idk. I’d have to dig in more, and I do love a post-Rx name. They always felt too early to the game, and maybe now they shine. It’s been a long time since I looked at them, so I’ll have to check up and get back to you on it.

Finally someone is talking about the move to 800V DC. Everyone on FinTwit is out trying to find the next bottleneck in AI chip production or what have you. Like “ok, cool. You found a company that manufactures machines for xyz process in the semiconductor chain. Essentially a one-time purchase with little-to-no recurring / re-occurring revenue.”
Meanwhile, there is a shift to 800V DC architecture that is going to actually happen with the $NVDA Kyber rollout that fundamentally changes the power delivery architecture for data centers. The shift changes the equation. Yet virtually no one wants to talk about it even though it’s staring you right in the face and with plenty of opportunities, like $AOSL, $MPWR $NVTS, $POWI etc., just on the semiconductor side alone. Other plays include $VRT $ETN $APH $TEL etc.
The reliance of power ICs grows significantly.
I really like $AOSL, which I believe is set to experience outsized growth, that the market is not appreciating, driven by a shift from training to inference which more CPU-heavy. Could $INTC be back??? Possibly. Panther Lake babayyyy. And with its recent news to take full control over its Ireland fab via repaying $14.9bn to the $APO JV, it seems like there’s gears turning under the hood of something larger occurring. It feels symbolic of a broader outlook improvement for INTC.

$LQDA shorts who still need to buy 10m+ shares at some point

Ben Solari@blippd
@slk349390919 @seedy19tron Regardless of b/o or not $LQDA will be exiting 2026 (9 months from now) on a $1bn+ run-rate business in it's first full year of launch, no legal overhang, and an emerging platform across new indications + product profile (Soteracept combo 👀) - should be in triple digits by then
English

@shkrelicat Looks like your short? Of all the names to short I’m curious why this one 🤔
