@sainsburys Hi Michelle, I have sent a DM, but you said earlier this week you fixed a bug that stopped people using gift cards and delivery pass and had to pay £40 cash, however this now works again as it has always done. Can you confirm the bug fix was incorrect and has been reverted

@sainsburys can you confirm you have reverted the "bug fix" that stopped using gift cards and the delivery pass working together. I successfully placed an order for £89 with £85 gift card (plus 10p coupon)

@sainsburys We have a mid week delivery pass and have an order for Tuesday evening. Why is your system now charging for delivery if the total to pay is less than £40, even though the total order is £108.57 - egift cards converted to coupons were allowed up until this week.

@sainsburys please can you explain to me how a Sainsbury's e-gift card is classed as a "non-sainsburys" e-voucher? Regarding your recent update on delivery fees being charged to a delivery pass holder, I believe you are in breach of your own terms and conditions.

As others have also noted, @sainsburys are now excluding their own e-gift cards from the minimum order value and charging delivery pass holders for deliveries, if they do not spend a further £40. That changes the incentive to shop with them in the future.

At a time when most of us are counting every last penny, struggling to feed our families and pay the rising energy bills, it's disgusting to see @sainsburys suddenly decide to charge a delivery fee to delivery pass holders when paying for their shopping using a voucher.

Honestly, it's a little embarrassing to admit how much time I spend going through cashback sites, paying for a voucher, then finding the email, converting the voucher and applying that to my shopping each week. But sadly, that £3 or £4 saving each time makes a big difference.
