@sainsburys have you changed the supplier for your extra mature cheese? Item 7178941. I’ve been buying this for years and it’s consistently great- tasty, strong and good texture. The last four or five packs have been completely different- rubbery and tasteless

@dfds_ukire hi, can I clarify check in times please? We are on the 12.00 Dover to Dunkirk on Friday. Confirmation says 120 mins before, however website says allow 120 mins before check in closes to get through, so 3 hours?

@LloydsBank I am trying to arrange an appointment to open an account for my 11 year old. This needs to be done in person although I already have an account and she has a savings account. However, there are no appointments available. What do I do?

@HarvesterUK really disappointed to have arrived for our booked table to discover virtually everything is unavailable. No rotisserie chicken, no steak, no halloumi, no breaded chicken. No large chips allowed as they are running out. The salad bar is also nearly empty!

Hi @sainsburys I messaged last week to let you know that there was an error with ordering mushrooms on the grocery app and website. Just doing this weeks order and it’s not been fixed. £9 per mushroom! 😳

not a great first impression @HelloFreshUK when the chicken is missing from your crispy breaded chicken. £3.30 refund which won’t be enough to replace the chicken (four person meal) guess I can’t complain too much as it was a refer a friend trial box but won’t bother again
