@LIRR how do you determine if a trip is completed? We were still slowly moving to the stop and on the train until 7:20. 7 minutes late is a big deal and not reflected in your data! Is it really on or close? Be transparent!

@LIRR holding the doors on the 3:21 at Atlantic doesn’t stop customers from running. Creates an unsafe environment where people are now panicking and running faster to get home. Do better! @GovKathyHochul @BrianCurran21 @ABC7NY @CBSNewYork @Newsday

@LIRR @lirr look at actual data since 2/27 and let us know if there is an increase in delays. As a loyal customer it sure feels like being late is a daily occurrence. @MTA release the data! This is not working for anyone! @GovKathyHochul

@News12LI Terrible! I am constantly running or have super long waits in Jamaica. The trains are so crowded in the afternoon that we are face to face with our fellow commuters on the Babylon Branch. 40 minute commute now over an hour. Brooklyn service is not reliable....
