@ImperiumPaper do you want it borrowed short term? If so, list yield bearing stables. But in this market there are very few stables that have high enough supply rates to clear your opp cost of capital since you lose your NIM on every megaUSD thats' borrowed/sold on the debt leg of the loop.

What accounts for there being close to 0% borrow rates? Not enough size? Not the preferred collateral assets? Borrowers aren’t aware?

Last week I wrapped up my time with the wonderful @LayerZero_Core team. I have spent the last 3 years working tirelessly with the smartest people I’ve ever met, building something I am truly passionate about. I am incredibly proud of everything we did for Stargate, and LayerZero more recently. Ultimately being an intimate part of ~80 chain launches over the last couple years has taken a toll on me & it’s time to touch grass for a bit. The bridge is home & Stargate is left in the safest of hands, LayerZero will continue dominating interop, and Zero will blow your minds. To be very explicit - LZ, and Zero, will win and my belief in the technology and the team is at an all time high. Through it all, I could not be more grateful for the opportunity and learnings. Tomorrow will be my last day at GFX Labs. I joined GFX four years ago when it was brand new, and DAOs just beginning to hit their stride. In my time leading GFX’s governance arm, I and the rest of the GFX team built a strong brand known for diligence, financial practicality, tokenholder friendliness, and weighting heavily a longterm view. GFX’s governance will still have the same flavor and quality as before, since being a serious, honest, thoughtful actor is built into GFX’s DNA. GFX has been a wonderful place to work, and would recommend them to anyone applying for a role there. I’ll still be in the crypto ecosystem (will elaborate later), but will be completing the planned handover of GFX comms of our governance and consulting partners today and tomorrow.

@Halko500k Most the RWAs that I’d consider “loopable” generally have ~monthly redemptions with the issuer being willing to serve as liquidator in the interim Otherwise it’s probably a red flag regardless

@captainjack Yes but the liquidation path is messed up, bc as a liquidator your horizon is ~a few weeks-months and you may not be able to fully redeem the asset. Unless you just want to buy it at cheap via a liq and then hold long term in your balance sheet
