@markandgraham I Purchased, a vegan leather cosmetic case 13 months ago the mesh lining, and the zipper have separated. I tried calling to no avail. After spending over $70 for this item. I feel like Mark and Graham should repair or replace it.

@markandgraham The order was placed September 17, 2022. It was for the concourse, vegan leather cosmetic case, item number 1410841. The zipper that was sewn to the mesh has become detached.

@Instacart I tried to use a free delivery coupon on two different orders, and twice it wasn't included on my receipt. Called & was on hold for more than 2 hours.....gave up & sent an e-mail....never got a response.

@NYSLabor I have been calling all day, every day since 3/24... over 100 times daily to complete my application. I have yet to speak with an agent to do that! You need to do better!

@Lowes Lowe’s delivery is a total joke. Placed an order 8/23. Was told items were being delivered on 9/6. Appliances & medicine cabinet didn’t come. Got an email Monday they were coming tomorrow. Called tonight & was told no delivery tomorrow, they’re coming next week! REALLY?

@Samsung Worst dishwasher ever: Samsung stormWash! Bought in June 2017. It'now leaking.....repairman said he can order the part & fix it, but it will most likely have issues again. Buying Bosch now & will NEVER buy Samsung again!!!!! Lasted 16 months!
