I'm just saying the odds are in it's favor relatively to anything else. the odds are still low considering that even if a court case were made that it's unconstitutional for states to tax it or to accept federal funds derived from it's taxation, the courts already just interpret the constitution however they want. like they do for the first amendment and copyrights.
and yeah it can be coopted, centralized, and censored, this has even happened to bitcoin, this is why it's best use is just to buy it, hold it, and then sell it off on an exchange when you need to or are retired, just like gold.
