Said it many times, I'll say it again. The influx of young. vapid, super fit, body image obcessed furries the last 3 or 4 years is a bad omen for body acceptance in this community. People gotta get ahead of it and work to shut this shit down, or the fandom will come to regret it.

@MinModulation I liked the vast majority of my teachers but I think the bitter woman who took it as a personal offense when a boy completed school work faster than everyone else and made them sit in complete silence doing nothing under threat of severe punishment is a universal male experience.

Not every story will be 100% verifiable but the sense of trauma and mistreatment is there and does happen. They don't have any solution though - these types also vehemently argue for "parents rights" and say children should be the slaves of adults, for their protection.

@MinModulation "religion" in their case has little to do with theology or ritual but rather a mutual sense of reactionary sentiment and anger at minorities (who statistically are far more religious in practice). Secular white chauvinists know religious chauvinists have more keys to power.

@DamashiKonquest @Mortificent Its generally a very different experience tbh due to the generation gap. In practice its more an iteration on the RE2 and 3make's gameplay style than a remake of 4's gameplay but I think thats for the better since a shot for shot remake would be less interesting.
