#ICURehabDay23 spreading the word….. ICU recovery starts on ICU. Rehab involves every member of the team. A recent patient in followup told us it was daily chats with a member of the Domestic Team that cheered him up and motivated him. @ICUsteps @uhbwNHS

Almost three years ago I had an idea to create a garden for our intensive care patients and their families. To see this dream turn in to a reality is overwhelming. Thank you to the friends and families of our patients for helping us to do this. @AicuLri @DrFoxLHC

A new courtyard garden for our Adult Intensive Care Unit was formally opened this week. It's been created to support patients during their recovery and rehabilitation, providing their families with a pleasant outdoor space, while also offering colleagues a quiet breakout area.
