Bombing civilian infrastructure is wrong, and protecting infrastructure with innocent people is wrong as well--especially when the shields are young people. They've given you an out, Mr. President. Call it off, and blame them. But don't make this more ghastly than it already is.

That is easy!
Enshrine a bill of rights into our constitution, but in order to do that it would need to be done at an election referendum and mandated, and even then, altering the constitution is still not easy even after securing a mandate because it has to then pass all the legal battles that will inundate it.
The same goes to moving us into a republic!
