@jimcooke We're sorry to hear you have been having a hard time accessing the last of the laundry detergent and appreciate your feedback. The spout on the bottle is actually removable, so you can pull out the spout and that will allow you to access the remaining liquid. Hope this helps!

@ecomax love your products. The only thing that gets me is the ~1/2 cup of laundry soap left over that doesn’t come out unless I puncture the container. Here’s 2 containers emptied out.

@CreativeBlueON Hi there! The small ~2" headspace in our pouches is actually necessary for the packing process, for the pacs before they settle & reduce in size, and to ensure a proper seal. All that said, we’re always working to reduce the amount of packaging used. Thank you for the feedback!
