@united I see two seats available on the seat map and I’d like to look into the upgrade but when i go to my United account they don’t show in the upgrade option. Flight is tomorrow. Thanks

@potterybarn I’ve already tried to reach out to your team on phone and email and was told I would hear back (after spending an hour on the phone) so I’m now taking this up with my credit card company as PB has essentially refused to give me my money back for damaged merchandise

@potterybarn received a bunch of damaged items, have been trying to get a hold of someone via phone and email with no success. The items were packaged so terribly so I’m not surprised they arrived broken, I’m super disappointed…. Regardless I need a refund for this order asap

@united I paid for a cabin upgrade on a flight that I will likely need to cancel - will I get that upgrade refunded to me? When I go to the cancellation page on my flight it only shows the original fare as being refunded
