Claude is doing amazing things for coding, but it will flat out refuse to do further work on your project if it thinks you’re going to use it to promote things like nativism.
I 100% support the government banning its use in the military.

Because business logic is moving from the software application to the AI agents.
Currently, you buy software for its specific features and rules.
Nadella argues that in the future, software apps will essentially become dumb databases ("CRUD") or simple tools.
The AI Agent will hold all the intelligence, orchestration, and reasoning, simply updating the databases as needed. The software becomes a commodity; the AI becomes the "brain" and the worker.

T3 Chat Launch Week officially starts on Monday, but we wanted to get this out first.
We just overhauled how credits work on T3 Chat. No more "standard" and "premium" credits.
Now you have a "usage" bar that resets every 4 hours. You'll never be more than a few hours away from sending more messages.
This change is meant to align your usage with our actual costs. Using a fancy model for a simple question? Costs almost nothing. Using Gemini 3 Pro to analyze giant PDFs in 20-message threads? That will eat your usage fast.
For reasonable users, this should be a SIGNIFICANT increase in how many messages you can send per month.
The goal of this change was to balance out costs and reduce "fear of running out". If you're not dumping your entire codebase into T3 Chat as context, you should never have to worry about limits again.
For those who previously purchased premium credits, they are still available and will be used when you go over your existing limits. We also have a small gift for those who used a lot of premium credits (check your email later today for more info)
These changes unblock some very exciting things in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled for that 👀

It has been amazing to watch the progress of the Codex team; they are beasts.
The product/model is already so good and will get much better; I believe they will create the best and most important product in the space, and enable so much downstream work.

The most likely outcome is that AI and robots make everyone wealthy. In fact, far wealthier than the richest person on Earth 👀
By this, I mean that people will have access to everything from medical care that is superhuman to games that are far more fun that what exists today.
We do need to make sure that AI cares deeply about truth and beauty for this to be the probable future.

GPT-5.1-Codex tops Sonnet 4.5 on SWE-Bench at ~26x cheaper.
Gemini 3 incoming.
Don't know how good it will be at code.
Likely amazing.
Opus 4.5 *needs* to hit hard at a great price.
Anthropic has trouble with cost efficiency.

You should notice rapid improvements in the quality of your timeline almost every week, but there will be two steps forward and one step back at times.
