@ReidTymcio Would be funny if it were not true of the Economic and Finance professors who are paid by Wall Street for pushing BS analysis in support of the idea "opacity is good" ... opacity is good for Wall Street as opacity allows Wall Street to sell high margin securities ...

You don't have to win every negotiation or every step of growth. Founders @Beekman1802Boys went on The Amazing Race to pay off debt, setting a realistic goal: just make it halfway for the TV exposure.
By not obsessing over finishing first, they won the $1M.

I'm generally in favor of this reform. Corprations face too much pressure by the investor class to churn profits on shorter time frames. That helps passive income earners place more bets and reap more gains. Corprations should instead be thinking about long term sustainability.
