Fun fact: Bessent was the trader who materially executed Soros plan to break the $GBP and the $THB in the early 1990s when Central Banks were trying to hold the floor of their currencies. Today Bessent is the one on the other side of the fence trying to hold WTI down. Imagine what an ironic end of his career if he ends up steamrolled by the same trade of 36 years ago upon which he built his career

Resulting in 0.8% inflation, 2.2% realyield and getting better with more onchain activity (highly likely with world moving onchain). BTC monetary policy: yo bros, let's hope some miracle happens when block subsidies get much less with next halvings and BTC can't generate any considerable fees. @ethereanbull @FigoETH Nobody who understands Bitcoin believes it will become coffee money. Even with mining concentration at 10%, you still have to wait 5 blocks for finality. BTC was never going to be spending cash, but it’s the best a private, decentralized, wire transfer service in history.

Obviously, the integrity of prediction markets falls when their resolution is based on whether some individual or small group of people knows and controls the outcome, such as the number of tweets, words mentioned, political decisions, album releases, etc... As long as these exist, I guess all that controversy will continue until people decide to withdraw and only opt for those where the truth is more blurred, like elections, the weather, long-term price targets, some sports results, etc.
