@Verizon @VZWSupport Worst of all I have an actual phone pickup tomorrow. And now I won't be able to activate it because @Verizon 's website and support are so scuff. I really don't want to go back to @ATT because they did their best to screw me in several ways. Was pretty happy with Verizon til now.

@Verizon placed an "upgrade" order on my line without my consent (they don't have an order summary screen, it just goes straight to order complete), and refused to cancel it minutes after the order was created. @VZWSupport Keep getting the run around and I've about had enough.
