There was any noticeable spike since the Industrial Revolution. It’s been pretty steady increase over the last 400 years, which would lead me to believe it’s related to solar system activity and nothing to do with man, hence why we have ice ages and then hotter ages. It’s all very natural, we just have to get on with it.

@SueNutt2 To be fair geo engineering is a confirmed thing since Operation Popeye through to Iranian droughts,but always used as a weapon of war by a defined enemy. So who and why? And so in line with what the climate science has predicted for multiple decades.

Since 4 am I've seen the trails fill the sky. They've also geo-engineered the weather so it's going to be really hot. It's going to affect both humans and wildlife. You have to be a psychopath to destroy everything, like this. I hope karma returns it to them 10-fold.

Global warming… We have been told for 30 years that burning fossil fuels causes global warming and catastrophic climate change. Civilisation emits 35 billion tonnes of CO2 per year. The planet naturally emits approximately 900 billion tonnes of CO2 per year. Our 35 billion tonnes is just ~4% of the CO2 total. And expressed as a percentage of the total atmosphere it is just 0.0016%. Tiny. Minuscule. Where is the evidence that the 35 billion tonnes causes a climate crisis and that the 900 billion tonnes of natural CO2 doesn’t. It is an extraordinary claim so needs extraordinary evidence. Only empirical evidence, not models or attribution analysis, will do.

Gut wrenching to see four young people jailed for direct action against an arms supplier to Israel. Years in prison for protesting to save lives in Gaza, with 'terrorism' used despite no jury convicting them of it. A truly dangerous attack on the right to protest.

@chrisdiacon @nalex Only last year nuclear reactors were shut down because river waters were too warm to cool the reactors. Add to that if the romans had had nuclear power we would still be guarding their waste and would have needed everyone between then and now to do the same. Nuclear a bad idea.

@nalex Its true to say building nuclear power stations in the UK has been a disaster, they finsh up way over budget & take twice as long to build as they should. How is it South Korea can build them on schedule and on budget. We need to solve those issues so we can have more nuclear.

Yeah smashing someone's spine while they're on the floor should lead to a very significant prison sentence. That's attempted murder, at best.
