One of the greatest Japanese people we knew was this young teacher named Eikichi Onizuka. He used to teach Class 3-4 at Holy Forest Academy in Tokyo. He had a rough childhood growing up and was a bit of a delinquent, but he really turned his life around. We learned so many life lessons from him although his methods were a bit unconventional. He got in trouble for some perverted stuff, but he’ll always hold a special place in our heart.
