Evidence points to a chilling pattern described as “finishing shots.” Victims show clear signs they were undergoing treatment when they were killed. Reports indicate wounded individuals were taken from ICUs. Families searching for loved ones were met with chaos, fear, and silence. What is happening is being described as part of a systematic massacre that has already claimed more than 40,000 lives. Forty thousand human beings. Forty thousand families shattered. Today, Iranians are too afraid to seek medical care. They fear that entering a hospital could mean arrest, disappearance, or execution. A hospital bed should not feel like a death sentence. The right to life and the right to health are universal. They are not political slogans. They are fundamental protections under international law. How many more must die before the world responds?
