@RogersHelps your customer service rep assured me I would get a call back between 1-2pm after talking with her (Anna) the day before. She said she would put it in her calendar. After speaking with 5 different people I still have not got my issue resolved.

@RogersHelps Why is your CS so hopeless that it never goes to the right person? Secondly why did your CS rep state a time and claim to put it in their diary and not call back? Do Rogers not care to retain customers?
