Post-paracentesis (3L): - Diastolic flow improved - Notching less prominent - Venous flow more apparent (previously low velocity continuous [not a 'good continuous'])

. @icmteaching @khaycock2 @ArgaizR Have you seen this notching/systolic spike accentuation in patients with cirrhosis? I think it's a manifestation of intense renal vasoconstriction (as in HRS pathophysiology +/- other similar insults).
