Two upper-body sessions and only one lower-body session, while the lower body has more total muscle mass, feels unbalanced to me.
upper push / lower push / upper pull / lower pull makes more sense.

Every time I actually try fish for more than a couple of days, I slide closer to the Peat interpretation: all PUFA is bad, even omega-3.
Just quit the salmon experiment after only 14 days.
- Way worse weight loss than beef
- Sunburn
- General sense of food not being satisfying
- Increased appetite for heavy cream
- Didn't feel quite 100% much of the time ("malaise?")
Maybe it's a dose-makes-the-poison thing and the correct dose is "no more than 1-2 fish meals a week?"

Nah i take both its just that my mothers doctor wont prescribe her t3. But adding the substrate (minerals + vitamins) will help the conversion and rapidly became hypo to hyperthyroid by using only "high" dose t4 and had to lower dose. T4 only still ok

@tuhanmegistus Yes, in my country, Spain for example they dont prescribe T3 or very rare cases as it has a "bad reputation" when comes to cardiovascular issues. I myself take t3 and t4 and i think when taken intelligently and with the appropiate nutrition and health state can be benefitial aw.

This 'taming' is the man being softer and more romantic with her, before returning to his more 'beastly' nature later.
