@kaelig @tailwindcss @storybookjs We use Percy and Storybook. Works well and provides tons of confidence for our styled components.

Editing CSS is scary because testing CSS code is practically impossible. @tailwindcss is attractive as it helps remove side effects, but there are other ways that also scale very well. In any case, what you need is @storybookjs + solid visual regression testing coverage.
