Doesn't matter how dumb the task could sound, the objective of the dev is to make it fun and/or give a worthy reward.

maybe a different pop for each chest and lower the volume of for common chests

@HngPhVnh192164 That’s the painful part. The first pass teaches you what the system actually needs to be. The rewrite is usually where the real design starts to appear.

Yeah, playtesting with friends instantly shows you what you were blind to.
You can plan carefully and reduce the damage, but some stuff will always slip through. That’s probably the biggest lesson from making the first game.
And yes, somehow after all that pain, you still want to make another one.

The others you can try to lesser the damage by planning really careful, and still some stuff gonna slip.
And for sure you want to make more games after one.
