லதா ரஜினிகாந்த் & Ashram பள்ளி வாடகை வழக்கு: 2014–2021 1/15 லதா ரஜினிகாந்த் செயலாளராக இருந்த Sree Raghavendra Educational Society நடத்தும் Ashram Matriculation School (கிண்டி வளாகம்) தொடர்பான வாடகை விவகாரம் 2014 முதல் 2021 வரை நீண்ட நீதிமன்ற வழக்காக மாறியது. இது என்ன வழக்கு? முழு Timeline. ⬇️ 2/15 📌 2014 கட்டிட உரிமையாளர்கள் Ch. Venkateswarlu மற்றும் குடும்பத்தினர், பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் வாடகை பாக்கி செலுத்தவில்லை என்று கூறி மதராஸ் உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்தனர். அவர்கள் சுமார் ₹1.99 கோடி வாடகை நிலுவை மற்றும் வட்டி கோரியதாக நீதிமன்ற பதிவுகளில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டது. 3/15 📌 உரிமையாளர்கள் தரப்பு குற்றச்சாட்டு: 2013க்கு பிறகு வாடகை ஒப்பந்தம் புதுப்பிக்கப்படவில்லை, வாடகை சரியாக செலுத்தப்படவில்லை, TDS தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகளும் இருந்ததாக கூறப்பட்டது. 4/15 📌 பள்ளி நிர்வாகத்தின் நிலை: இது வெறும் வாடகை பாக்கி பிரச்சினை அல்ல; கட்டிட உரிமையாளர்கள் மிக அதிகமான வாடகை உயர்வு கோரினர் என்றும், வழக்கு நீதிமன்றத்தில் நிலுவையில் இருந்தபோதும் ஊடகங்களில் தவறான தகவல் பரப்பப்பட்டது என்றும் நிர்வாகம் பதிலளித்தது. 5/15 📌 ஆகஸ்ட் 2017 விவகாரம் உச்சக்கட்டத்தை எட்டியது. கட்டிட உரிமையாளர் பள்ளி வளாகத்தை பூட்டினார். இதனால் மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் பெற்றோர்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டனர். 6/15 📌 சுமார் 300–400 மாணவர்கள் வேளச்சேரி கிளைக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டனர். பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் இதை சட்டத்தை கையில் எடுத்த நடவடிக்கை என விமர்சித்தது. 7/15 📌 பின்னர் நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவின் பேரில் பள்ளி மீண்டும் செயல்பட அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால் வாடகை மற்றும் வெளியேற்றம் தொடர்பான வழக்கு தொடர்ந்து நடந்தது. 8/15 📌 ஆகஸ்ட் 3, 2018 இரு தரப்பும் சமரச உடன்பாட்டை எட்டின. அதன்படி Ashram School கிண்டி வளாகத்தை காலி செய்ய ஒப்புக்கொண்டது. 9/15 📌 சமரசத்தின் முக்கிய அம்சம்: பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் 30 ஏப்ரல் 2020க்குள் வளாகத்தை காலி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும், அதுவரை மாத வாடகை செலுத்த வேண்டும் என்றும் ஒப்பந்தம் செய்யப்பட்டதாக நீதிமன்றத்தில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது. 10/15 📌 2020 – COVID காலம் கொரோனா தொற்று மற்றும் கல்வியாண்டு பாதிப்பு காரணமாக ஒப்புக்கொண்ட காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் வளாகத்தை காலி செய்ய முடியவில்லை என்று பள்ளி நிர்வாகம் நீதிமன்றத்தில் தெரிவித்தது. 11/15 📌 பள்ளி நிர்வாகம்: "மாதம் ₹8 லட்சம் வாடகை தொடர்ந்து செலுத்தப்படுகிறது. மாணவர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் நலனை கருத்தில் கொண்டு மேலும் அவகாசம் வேண்டும்" என்று கோரிக்கை வைத்தது. 12/15 📌 டிசம்பர் 2020 மதராஸ் உயர்நீதிமன்றம் இறுதி அவகாசம் வழங்கியது. கிண்டி வளாகத்தை 30 ஏப்ரல் 2021க்குள் கட்டாயம் காலி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று உத்தரவிட்டது. 13/15 📌 நீதிமன்றம் மேலும், 2021–22 கல்வியாண்டுக்கு அந்த பழைய வாடகை வளாகத்தில் புதிய மாணவர் சேர்க்கை நடத்தக்கூடாது என்றும் தெரிவித்தது. 14/15 📌 நீதிபதி எச்சரிக்கை: 30 ஏப்ரல் 2021க்குள் வளாகத்தை காலி செய்ய தவறினால் நீதிமன்ற அவமதிப்பு (Contempt of Court) நடவடிக்கை ஏற்படலாம் என்று எச்சரித்தார். 15/15 📌 முடிவு: 2014ல் தொடங்கிய வாடகை வழக்கு → 2017ல் பள்ளி பூட்டல் → 2018ல் சமரசம் → 2020 COVID காரணமாக தாமதம் → 2021ல் இறுதி நீதிமன்ற காலக்கெடு. இதெல்லாம் வச்சிட்டு மக்களுக்கு நல்லது பன்னுவாங்கலாம்.
