Unable to get my claim paid out by #geico after 5 emails, 6 phone calls, and numerous chats and escalations. Was told "we'll handle it when we can handle it." Claim made in August 2022.

@AmazonHelp Every time I order Whole Foods delivery, I end up with more bags than necessary. It appears you've decided to use separate bags for each type of item, meaning that you end up with bags with single items in them. This is extremely wasteful and unnecessary.

@janisericson While I don't have details on why your protest was denied I can tell you that you have 25 calendar days from the date of the decision letter to request an appeal online, in person or in writing before an Administrative Hearing Officer.

@sfmta_muni Yes, I know. Had to pay $220 in order to request it. I assume it will just be denied again. Has SFMTA ever provided a refund in these cases? I just cannot imagine that ever happening. How else can I get this solved?
