@virginmedia Phoned the line, there is no service status for Virgin TV... Just a recorded voice saying "national". Any idea when we'll get TV back?

@jonnerz_ Oh I see. Alternatively, you can ring our automated Service Status Line on 0800 561 0061 to get updates if there's any fault. If there is, that will also have the estimated time of fix. Keep me posted. ^RRG

@virginmedia our Virgin TV has stopped working right during the rugby... Looks like everyone else is having the same issue

@dan22white Hi Dan, sorry that the service link isn't working for you, are you able to log into your my Virgin Media you can check for any outages there and you can also run some diagnostics on your equipment. You can find it here virg.in/myVM ^ZP

We're building similar hybrid tech, on a smaller scale for esports tournaments.
