@gymmaxxfit people obviously dont know the difference between the simple carb in the straight sugar that they’re consuming when eating candy bars vs the sugar in fruits that they consume which comes along with fiber that helps with not spiking your sugar level and the vitamins

You need to stop eating so much fruit, you might as well be eating candy bars and doughnuts your body doesn’t know the difference, fruit is the reason most people struggle to lose weight. They are over consuming it thinking it is healthy……. Is what I would say if I had ZERO knowledge about nutrition.
You SHOULD absolutely be fruit maxxing.

@GutOptimized what about for petite women? i’m personally 5’2 and if i were to cut 500-700 calories i’d probably be unable to sustain that. what do you recommend for us ?

Weight loss for women done wrong results in missed periods, fatigue and sometimes even eating disorder tendencies.
When it's done right, women eat more, feel great, and lose weight
This is what works with my female clients:
1: Macros as medium-high carb, moderate/high protein, low fat. (e.g. carbs: 44%, protein: 29%, fat: 27%)
2. Carbs as a daily mix of potatoes, fruit, honey
3. Count calories initially. Most women over or underestimates. Can stop counting after 4 week weeks once plan starts working. 500-700 calorie deficit from a very conservative maintenance (e.g. take your sedentary number to start with)
4. Cook all of your food in the plans. Have three simple meals you repeat daily.
5. Red meat every day.
6. Protein from low fat yogurt, red meat, fish, and pork.
7. 2L water daily with electrolytes (especially salt + mg + potassium)
8. Supplement magnesium and choline.
This works for almost everyone. Will make you feel like you're eating more while losing weight. And ultimately, ensure you have energy, good sleep and keep your cycle.
