Look at this NJ Transit NABI bus COVERED WITH DIRT. I saw this filthy NJ Transit bus an hour ago on Kennedy Boulevard in Hudson County. This bus is covered with dirt 6 days after Governor Mikie Sherrill signed an executive order to clean the buses. NJ Transit CEO Kris Kolluri and the NJ Transit Customer Advocate have failed us.
