@CTVKitchener Firstly, it is not a true graduation, but marking a transition to HS. Schools have celebrations during the day, just not the big expensive whoop de dos of the past. There's no reason for a 13 year old to dress in a ball gown, hire hair and makeup artists and rent a stretch limo.
