@mpdfounder would always prefer to walk if possible but that’s like 4.5 miles!

@questionableway It is a pain but some of the east-west buses don’t suck!. Honestly, sometimes just walking is the best option. lol you know.

@mpdfounder i exclusively use the bus (& train)! why i hate going to logan is transferring train to bus is so unreliable

This Logan Square thing reminds me of when I lived near the United Center and everyone was like “but…that’s west of Ashland” and LOL.

@pasta_nachos part of the reason i own a car is because i live in evanston and like seeing my family in oak park without it being a 4 hour round trip

@BourdageSherri I know him pretty well. He is pretty even tempered and kind. I doubt he said that. He is one of the most committed alderpeople. Have you tried sitting down over coffee to talk out your problems?

I am a constituent and longtime resident of ward 40. Alderman Vasquez has blocked me from any of my opportunities to report concerns. He told me that I stole his land and I colonized the area and I am now a second class citizen after building, my beautiful business over 20 years.

The Logan Square vs. Lakeview/Lincoln discourse shows me that no one has been to the Southside at all. Nice to see the hidden gems of my ancestral homeland will stay well preserved with the culture in-tacked for a while.

@PoweredByComedy @SeveredLegs lol that’s what I’m saying. Lakeview use to be cool 30 years ago like Logan Square use to be cool 15 years ago. (Like Wicker Park was cool 20 years ago) Now all those neighborhoods are like the suburbs. And the suburbs are entering their cool era- like Berwyn and Skokie. 😎
