How do you define that luck vs hard working? A year ago I was making between $100–$1000 doing solo freelancing. when I started the agency, I never imagined that in one year I’d have my own office, take my first international solo trip, buy things I wanted, and scale the agency to $100k+ in revenue. Not even in my dreams. Some people call it luck and I do think there’s 100% a luck factor in being able to get here in a year as a solo founder. maybe that’s true and if so maybe just like @jackfriks says, "I'm luckiest person alive" :) But one thing I’ve realized: See posts of someone hitting big MRR in weeks, but rarely see the 10 projects that didn’t work before that. Just keep grinding. Building things has never been easy.

Opus 4.6 vs GPT 5.4 (high) (3/9) prompt: Build a premium interactive isometric 3D cozy room using Vite + React + Three.js (react-three-fiber/drei), with all objects modeled in code (no external assets) and subtle ambient animations. Don't know what happened to opus here...initially when I ran this test against gemini 3.1 pro, opus did a really good job...this time around it was full of bugs, camera panning randomly off screen...One positive is the actual object models do look quite nice. I'm gonna give this one to GPT 5.4, overall the 3D assets,postprocessing and UI panel on the left look way nicer imo.
