Any inconvenience is regretted. Encroachers are regularly eradicated by station staff with the help of security staff from the station area. Suitable action is taken in case any such issue is noticed. The area was inspected immediately after inspection but no such issue found. Further, in case of such an issue, passengers may immediately contact the nearest customer Care center or call on DMRC 24X7 helpline 155370 (on a calling party pay basis) for immediate action.

@OfficialDMRC @OfficialSBICare Today I bought a SBI NCMC card from SBI sale counter in Airport metro station. I asked for the receipt for the ₹500 I paid. The lady could not give me the receipt.

You may also share screenshot of the payment done. @OfficialDMRC aapke control room support kyu nahi complain lete hai metro Recharge ke. Aaj main ballabhgarh metro station per help karne se mana kar diya gaa.

Washroom facility is available at stations and nominal charges ( Rs 2/- for urinal and Rs 5/- for toilet) are taken for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of washroom area. @OfficialDMRC in IP Ext metro station your person charging 5 Rupees for urine, why?? There is a price list mentioned 2 Rupees for urine why they are charging 3 rupye extra per person.

Illegal parking and blocked access at Bhajanpura Metro Station Gate No. 2 🚇 is causing severe congestion. Commuters are struggling to exit, and it is unsafe for women, especially in the evening. Kindly take urgent action. @OfficialDMRC @KapilMishra_IND @gupta_rekha

@OfficialDMRC वैशाली मेट्रो स्टेशन (गाज़ियाबाद) पर दिल्ली मेट्रो कार्ड लेने गए थे, लेकिन वहाँ बिना पूछे जबरदस्ती Airtel Payments Bank का कार्ड दे दिया गया। साथ ही बिना हमारी अनुमति के डेबिट कार्ड जारी कर दिया गया और हमारे खाते से पैसे भी काट लिए गए।यह यात्रियों के साथ गलत व्यवहार

@OfficialDMRC hi, I have purchased a ticket today (12:04 pm) at sec 15 metro station and pay via UPI. The amount has been deducted from my account but as per the executive due to some server issue ticket can't be processed and I have to again pay for the ticket in cash.

The National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) is an initiative of Government of India, to have a common mobility card across various transit systems in India. NCMC will enhance passenger convenience as they will not need to carry/purchase multiple cards for different transit networks. All banks' NCMC cards are accepted in the DMRC network/Airport line. Owing to this, DMRC cards are less in circulation. Further, The Virtual Smart Card is a service introduced by DMRC under the Digital India initiative, which allows passengers the freedom to use smart card facilities through digital means. This facility can be availed via the official ‘Delhi Metro Sarthi’ app. 10% to 20% discount applicable on DMRC Smart Cards is also available on NCMC and Virtual Smart Cards. Why are you charging 21 rs for only one metro station... Majlis park to Burari ( only one metro station) and you charge 21 rs ...it should be 11 rs as per Metro Rate Fare #dmrc #delhimetro @delhimetroapp @OfficialDMRC

The mentioned escalator is working normal at present. The escalator connecting Kashmiri Gate Metro Station to the Red Line is not functioning, causing inconvenience to passengers, especially elderly people and those carrying luggage. Kindly address this issue and restore the service at the earliest @OfficialDMRC #DelhiMetro #DMRC

Hey, @OfficialDMRC We all travel in metro because of your wonderful service in delhi. But today i saw pathetic condition of escalator at chandini chowk metro station. May i know why it hasn't been repaired yet. Bcs its showing again zero civic sense pic to foreigners of india.

@OfficialDMRC The new recharge machines at metro stations hold money for 24 hours which customer care not able to solve due to technical/software issues. This problem faced thrice within 3-4 months. The earlier machines had no such issue even in decade. Please reduce time.see dm
