Sorry to burst everyone’s bubble here, but it would be #1. California has more resources and people than any other state and more than multiple states combined. It also has all of the tech. And the money. And, for those who don’t live in California, you might be surprised to hear that once you get off of the coast of California, the people are basically just like they are everywhere else in the middle of the country … with the guns too. Combine that with all of the rest of the Wild West, and our cold weather friends in the Northwest, and our mountain friends over in Colorado and up to Montana, and the other “teams” have no chance. None. Try getting across that terrain too, the Rockies, then the deserts, then the Sierra Nevada, then another desert, Death Valley and the Mojave … good luck. Thankfully, we won’t ever have to worry about this. As divided as we are, it isn’t across state lines as much as it is cities to counties. In other words, we’re all mixed in with one another, so nobody’s winning anything.

If a civil war broke out tomorrow who would win and why?
