@originenergy I have a friend who is a single aged pensioner. Just got a gas bill for almost $1500. One the bill it’s states usage $105 then next line it says “NEXT” usage $1287. She has a serious heart condition and this is causing her extreme stress! WHAT IS “NEXT”?

Got a new internet connection from @originenergy on 16/11/2025 and sitting without internet since 25/11/2025. All they say is that "We're sorry but this is an issue from @NBN_Australia and we can't do anything about it". Absolutely pathetic customer service!

@NBN_Australia I was told to wait for 24-48 hours by @originenergy on Friday 28/11/2025, mentioning that it is a "physical network fault". It's 2/12/2025 now and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

@originenergy your inability at providing information regarding the NBN outage in Reservoir is appalling. No updates except this morning, after it had been going for 24 hours. I ask the helpline and they couldn't tell me an ETA. It's on the NBN website, but you're the provider.🤷🏻
