@originhelp Thanks so much it’s all been sorted by delightful young man called Scott. We determined that the music is controlled by an algorithm when you enter your date of birth. Luckily, I only got 10 seconds of Frank Ifield before Scott intervened.

The @originenergy app is odd: its data use function records daily electricity use accurately, but the dashboard accumulation figure understates the amount owing by c.2 thirds (until the bill arrives). This misleading anomaly has been occurring for at least 2 months.
