@ZarkFiles @WestonMartinez Is there a way to vet the votes counted against the paper or against the CVRs? TX has had public issues related to the fact votes can be tied to voters in their system. This seems like a good case for running those queries. The people you're working with know this.

@WestonMartinez did an informal canvass and found that the names on the check-in sheet that were contacted did vote. I suspect that if all were checked, they would all say the same thing. In this case, I'm not sure what canvassing would tell us, because it is about multiplied check-in records based on real voters who voted, not using identities of non-voting citizens.

@KateW1970 This round of gubernatorial candidates is far below par, in my opinion, with some like Donalds likely changing FL's trajectory along the lines of Obama's 'fundamentally transform...' There may be 1 or 2 hidden gems deep in the list, but they have no visibility yet.

Byron Donalds hype man Brendon Leslie just revealed the ugly truth about the Donalds campaign— on day two of his continued mental downward spiral. He posted: “Fuck the voters, don’t listen to them.” (The original post has been deleted.) When confronted for treating Florida voters like ignorant “peasant voters” beneath him, he doubled down with a smug “And?” We are the voters responsible for electing our leaders. If Leslie says we should not be listened to, then who exactly is supposed to vote? The insiders? The paid surrogates? The self-appointed elites who think they know better than we do? Yet the Donalds camp is now dumping all the blame on Ron DeSantis and Jay Collins and the voters who supported them for the humiliating flips in the Hillsborough Senate seat that Jay Collins himself won by 10-plus points and the Trump plus-10 Mar-a-Lago district. They have zero criticism for Joe Gruters, Evan Power, Susie Wiles, or Donald Trump himself. Only DeSantis and Collins get the hate. If Byron Donalds is the strong Trump-backed superstar they keep selling for governor, his endorsement alone should have been enough to push those candidates across the finish line in safe Republican waters. It failed completely. Instead we get this elitist meltdown from his personal cheerleader while Donalds cowers silently behind Daddy Trump’s coattails, letting his team show open contempt for the very voters they expect to elect him in 2026. This anti-voter, selective-blame, finger-pointing Florida clown show, driven by Donalds and defended by Leslie, is one of many reasons I’ll be voting for @LtGovJayCollins.

@ShawnSmith1776 Violation 2: Form changes voter registration addresses — but §101.62 governs ballot delivery only. Zero authority over registration. Every statute authorizing address changes (§97.1031, §97.052, § 101.045) requires the elector. Invalid under § 120.52(8)(c).

@ShawnSmith1776 You mean these VBM Request forms: DS-DE 160: Violation 1: §101.62(1)(b) requires voter's own signed request to redirect ballot. DS-DE 160 waives voter signature for designees — third party can request ballot sent anywhere.

@CordByrd I suppose these stats are demonstrative of "leading the way." The question is where do they lead to. The article below speaks for itself and for FL elections.

Florida again leads the way. The law in Florida requires ALL ballots to be cast and received before polls close on Election Day. That includes mailed ballots which must be received by the SOE before the polls close. This is why Floridians know the results of the election on election night. If the third largest state in the country can do this every other state can as well. I fully expect SCOTUS to rule the constitution contemplates an Election Day and all ballots must be in by then. This will go a long way in restoring confidence in elections nationally.

@CordByrd Not quite. s. 101.6952(5), F.S.: A VBM ballot from an overseas voter may arrive up to 10 days after election day. Wasn't there just a 1 vote delta Mayor race? FL scans VBM Ballots 2 weeks before election day. How many states scan ballots before election day?
