The next time the Democrats talk about “Climate Change” ask them about “Cloud Seeding” a $50B/year industry.
Colorado’s is ground zero for experimental cloud seeding and programs are in full swing this season—7 permitted projects targeting mountain basins (Central Colorado Mountains, Gunnison, San Juan, Grand Mesa, etc.) to boost snowpack for the Colorado River watershed.
But does this prevent climate change or cause it? Is it healthy for Colorado that ships 90% of its water to other States.
