@OutdoorToysUK @OutdoorToysUK rather than me sitting on hold for 2 hours trying to get through on the phone can someone call me. Waited 2 weeks for a missing part and you to send out a whole new module with the same parts missing!!!! Kids cannot use the climbing frame without it!

@OutdoorToysUK I ordered a play/swing set on the 13th May, order number OT45426 I still have not received it. We have tried phoning for 2 hours but no one answered. Can you tell me when it is going to be delivered as it is my son’s birthday tomorrow.

@OutdoorToysUK Yes, has been delivered. Like a lot of your complaints, nobody was answering the phone to let us know. Communication is shockingly bad. I haven’t opened the boxes yet but they are all damaged. I have taken pictures when delivered. Hopefully nothing is damaged inside or missing.

@Ronseal we bought this Paint last weekend and painted our bifold doors. When we’ve gone to finish our French doors today the paint has gone really light despite shaking and stirring. I’ve been back to B&Q twice to swap over and they are all a different colour. Any ideas why?

Lawson beat his previous bike ride record of 20km this weekend. We rode to Berkhamsted and back along the canal. He is adamant that he will do 40km before the end of the year. @ClutterbuckMiss

After a flying visit to Norfolk on Saturday we were back in time to join in the 5 mile walk for Wayne’s Fund, the amazing local charity that donated the defibrillator to @AbbotsPrimary that saved Lawsons life. @ClutterbuckMiss

Lawson baked an amazing apple and blackberry pie at the weekend. Spiders and mice included. @ClutterbuckMiss

What a beautiful weekend. Lawson and Lyla loved getting out on the paddle boards and had a trip round the lake on a speed boat. @ClutterbuckMiss

@PiratesMallorca we had an amazing time. Lawson loved being on stage.

Finally took Lawson to Pudding Lane after he’s been asking for weeks. He was full of facts and so happy. @Miss_Goldman2
