Counterintuitive point: not seeing code can be a feature. As a product/growth person, I care about shipped features and fixed bugs, not reading diffs all day. I still open the code editor sometimes out of habit. Usually there is no need. Same as with a dev team: set goals, review results, iterate. You do not need to inspect every line.

Я видел сотни плакатов с мольбой о помощи путину, для которого граждане РФ – не более чем тупой всеядный скот. Но они продолжают вставать на колени и искреннее ждать. Когда же они поймут: все эти сказки о величии и доброте путина – всего лишь звучание пропаганды в их головах?
