From what I've seen, millenial women tend to have a lot of "discrete" tattoos (lower back, wrist, ankle, etc).
The Gen Z women in my area are getting sleeve tattoos. I've seen more sleeves on young women than on men. It blows my mind! I don't think this trend will age well.
